I'm an estate planning consultant. And I accidentally became a SaaS founder.
Here's what happened:
I noticed that the appointments I generated myself — through my own website — converted at a significantly higher rate than appointments generated by a call centre.
The client arrived already educated. Already trusting me. Already convinced they needed to act.
The difference? They'd used my IHT calculator. They'd seen their parents' exposure. They came to the meeting to solve a problem they'd already identified themselves.
So I kept building.
